Wordle is a website that generates word clouds based on whatever text you feed it. Over the past 3 months, I’ve typed a 100,000 word Anatomic Pathology note-set in preparation for the boards. When I pasted it to Wordle, this is what I got:

Very cool. I am also impressed with the oval shape and the short tail heading downward. You could refer to this as a schematic representation of the mind of a pathologist. I am also impressed with the not-unexpected emphasis on cells, tumors, and cancer.
